1. MYSPEED SERVER v7.1a -- This new version release includes many significant
enhancements and new features, including:

- Browser-based administration reduces deployment time, improves
usability by providing easy access to geographically dispersed support
groups

- TCP Analysis Graph quickly identifies network quality issues, speed
variation patterns, helps identify network congestion issues,
ISP throttling impact and TCP window size problems

- VoIP Analysis Graph identifies jitter variation and packet loss over
time, and more importantly quickly identifies packet loss distribution

- Network Provider and Country Location of the client are logged to the
database with test results to define distance and validation of RTT times

- Improved management of Remote Agents, RAs can be easily created,
published for download and managed, including removal, using the
MySpeed browser-based server console

- Automated Alerts deliver proactive notification by email of any test
results that violate service level thresholds

2. MYSPEED SERVER VoIP SUPPORT EDITION -- New Remote Support Agents

(RSAs) enable support staff to interactively manage the performance and
quality testing process from remote customer locations during the support
call process. RSAs enable the collection of VoIP, bandwidth, network routing
and important environment information, such as the platform OS and proxy
use, from any number of remote customers.

RSAs can also run for extended periods of time to better identify and resolve
persistent or intermittent connection quality problems.

3. VISUALROUTE 2007 v11.1a -- adds a Mandarin language option, and JavaScript
support for the Server editions. The JavaScript capability enables many
options such customization of the web page based on test results, redirection
to a different URL once a test completes, or passing the test results to a
third party application.

VisualRoute v11 users may download and install the 11.1a update using your

4. VISUAL IP TRACE v3.0a - This new version release includes an updated
database for more accurate results, improved display shows all information
in a single view, and an option to save any report as a web page file. The
new Advanced Edition adds batch tracing to automatically trace multiple
IPs/domains, and a new tab display to easily view multiple trace reports.
