1. MyVoIPSPEED SERVER -- NEW! MyVoIPSpeed Server very accurately measures
the quality and performance of Internet connections for VoIP usage by
simulating voice traffic between your server and customers.

MyVoIPSpeed analyzes the connecton to determine the levels of Jitter and
Packet Loss, the key factors affecting voice sound quality, and rates the
connection for VoIP performance.

The bandwidth download and upload speeds are also tested, along with the

The provision of a performance database delivers a foundation to track problems

options. Individual or group sessions can be managed using Session IDs to enable

3. MyVoIPSPEED SERVER NOC EDITION -- The NOC Edition extends the Professional
Edition by adding the ability to perform automated testing from one or more
remote locations, providing vital information for network operation centers
(NOCs) to analyze VoIP quality, network quality and overall performance.

Remote Test Agents (RTAs) can be deployed in multiple strategic locations
throughout a global enterprise network to continually measure and report on
the capacity and quality of vital business connections.

Automated testing over time allows NOC support groups to quickly identify traffic
patterns and issues by time-of-day and by workload to troubleshoot service
delivery problems that impact customers.

All data collected is reported to the MyVoIPSpeed NOC Server database for review,
analysis and extraction as required. Each RTA logs bandwidth test results with a
unique ID to easily differentiate results by network test location.

Traceroute data from the remote system to the server is captured for each test,
providing detailed connectivity diagnostics to identify the root cause of poor
connectivity.
